T4C-LamboFont-b-cropped125x125Tuscarawas County Council for Church and Community (T-4-C) was founded in 1966 as a result of a five county study by the Ohio Council of Churches and Ohio State University.  Representatives from several major church denominations partnered with community leaders within our county to address humanitarian needs, such as poverty and housing that were not met otherwise.  It was established as a non-profit, non-sectarian agency, and remains so to this day.  An Executive Director operates the agency under the authority of a 24 member Board.
