About Us

T-4-C is a nonprofit agency established in 1966 in order to work with individuals and organizations to serve the legitimate needs of people in Tuscarawas County.  T-4-C seeks to foster cooperation and good will among businesses, educational, governmental, social, and religious organizations in the community.  The organization focuses on areas such as: moral education of children and youth, hunger relief, emergency assistance, fostering of financial independence of families, marriage and family stability, and community development programs.  As needs arise in Tuscarawas County, T-4-C acts as a catalyst to develop and establish new programs.
